We are an independent organization not affiliated with any treatment centers. BreakFreely is an online directory that includes ONLY LICENSED AND ACCREDITED drug and alcohol rehab centers. Of the 14,000+ rehab centers in the U.S., approximately 4,800 are licensed, accredited and listed on BreakFreely. We provide comprehensive and factual information in one place to assist you in finding information on the RIGHT TREATMENT for yourself or a loved one. BreakFreely from addiction now!

Our Directory

BreakFreely requires that all addiction treatment centers listed on our website be accredited. We verify that our centers are accredited by CARF, The Joint Commission, or COA.

Business Practices

The accreditation organization does an internal examination of the rehabilitation center and its business practices.

Site Surveys

Expert practitioners from the accreditation organization conducts on-site surveys of the rehabilitation facility.

Awarded Accreditation

If the rehab center passes the rigorous process, it is awarded accreditation. Each year the center must submit a report showing adherance.

Our center is CARF accredited. It is a rigorous process, but ensures rehab centers follow guidelines and address areas for improvement. Accreditation should be mandatory for all rehab treatment facilities. I'm glad that BreakFreely only shows rehab centers that follow the accreditation process.
